# Elnor Specs

This repository is the working specification corpus for Elnor.

## For ChatGPT GitHub Connector Access

If directory browsing or code search is unavailable, start here:

- `REPO_FILE_MANIFEST.md` lists the exact file paths currently tracked on `main` in this checkout.
- Use exact paths from the manifest when fetching files. The connector can read files by path even when repository metadata or search indexing is incomplete.
- The current top-level folders use spaces, not the older underscore-prefixed names.

## Notes

Most specification files are Markdown and can be fetched as UTF-8 text. Some archived materials are binary files such as `.zip`, `.docx`, and temporary Office lock files; those may need raw download handling rather than normal text fetch.
