# CD Master Integration Index R1

**Full title:** Cross-Document Master Integration Index
**Date:** April 1, 2026
**Status:** Active registry
**Purpose:** Single reference that tells you where every cross-document obligation in the ELNOR suite is tracked. When you need to find "what does DOC11 need to absorb?" you read this index, it tells you which documents contain obligations targeting DOC11, and you go read those documents.

## How to use this document

**For manual work:** When revising any target document, check the "By Target Document" section below to find every source document that has obligations for it.

**For the automated integration pass:** Claude Code / Codex reads this index first. For each target document being processed, it reads every source document listed and extracts the pending obligations. It proposes insertions into the target doc's next revision.

**Maintenance rule:** When a new cross-doc obligations document is created (during any work cycle), add it to the Source Document Registry and update the By Target Document section.

Every document in the ELNOR suite that tracks cross-document obligations, organized by type.

### Per-Doc Companion Documents

These track obligations FROM a specific document TO other documents. They contain detailed schemas, contracts, and route definitions.

### Embedded Amendment Matrices (inside owner docs)

Some documents contain their own internal cross-doc obligation sections. These are authoritative for obligations FROM that document and must be updated when the owner doc is revised. The Master Index references them but does not duplicate their content.

**Note:** Other docs may have internal amendment sections not yet catalogued here. DOC10 R11, DOC11 V12, DOC15 R7.1, and DOC1 R1 should all be checked for internal cross-doc sections during the master integration pass.
